Australian Warranty

Australian Warranty:
The Retron5 comes with a 1 year warranty from date of purchase on, The Warranty will cover for manufacture faults only, and will not cover for physical damage, water ingress, electrical surges or miss use. in case of manufacture failure the console and/or item(s) will need to be sent back to the seller (Platinum Games) for assessment, all postage costs will be covered by you (the owner). If we find the unit(s) to be classed as a manufactures fault, the unit(s) will be replaced at no cost with a new item(s), all return postage with be charged to you before the item(s) are posted back. All warranty claims will be assessed on a case by case basis. You must retain a copy of sale receipt/invoice as a hard copy to claim.
